习惯是一种很可怕的东西。
一旦生活有了一种规律, 就会产生一种依赖。很显然, 倘若一个人的习惯都是正面的习惯, 譬如每天喝上十杯清水, 或者是早睡早起, 自然就应该会健健康康的。但是如果一个人的习惯都是些小小的坏习惯, 例如, 常常临时抱佛脚, 或是咬指甲, 慢慢地, 不难发现, 这人的生活上, 甚至健康上可能出现问题。
And hell, you know what? We all love that our lives could one day become better than what we have now. But staying in our own comfort zone, resenting changes, is no going to bring us anywhere.
Being able to catch yourself when you are subconsciously repeating your undesirbale habits, is truly resilient. And this realization could change whatever bad things you have going on with your lives.
I am going to strive to change all the undesirable traits abt me. It will be hard, but nothing will change if I try. For a start, I will stop procrastinating my sleep time.
